Who is Trafni?
Trafni is a brand of Talent Select, a Polish recruitment company operating since 2012 and a licensed employment agency (KRAZ 22640). Our office is in Katowice.
Which services do you offer in English?
IT staff augmentation: mid and senior specialists who work in your team, contracted through us. Our permanent recruitment service runs in Polish, for companies operating in Poland.
Which countries do you work with?
We focus first on clients in the Nordics and Benelux. Before the first engagement we confirm the contract model that works in your country.
How do you vet IT specialists?
A developer runs a technical interview in your stack. We also check English, independence and identity, and you get a written report before your first interview.
How fast can you present candidates?
For common roles we aim to present the first vetted candidates within 2–3 working days; for rarer skills within 7–10 working days, counted from the signed NDA or order.
Can we get your supplier documents?
Yes. Download the supplier card above. On request we send NDA, framework agreement and order templates and confirmation of our KRAZ registration.
Do you place junior developers?
No. We work with mid and senior specialists only; most of the people we put forward are senior.
